CRIB Wellness and Social Enterprise Pod Launch

Come join us as we formally launch CRIB Society’s Wellness and Social Enterprise pods. Through this launch, we aim to not only celebrate female entrepreneurs building businesses in the wellness or social enterprise sector, but also bring together like-minded members for a night of learning and networking.

The event will begin with a workshop on branding and collaboration, highlighting the value of partnerships for a successful business followed by a panel discussion on "Uncovering Successful Entrepreneurship". The speakers are four women who have made a mark in this industry.

Founder of What’s The Story and CRIB Mentor
Puja Disha Bharwani is the Chief Storyteller at What’s The Story-- a media communications consultancy focused on producing engaging digital content, in line with their clients business objectives and goals. Puja is all about writing for the ideal customer avatar through the essential marriage of data and storytelling, to come up with effective content strategies and campaigns. She is passionate about telling a good story in an engaging way to niche audiences. What’s The Story has created content for Thomson Reuters, Abbott, Grab, Pampers, Temasek, Conde Nast Traveller, Linklaters, Trehaus & many more startups and SMEs.

Emma Harris
Chief of Staff at Guava Pass
Fusing her ample experience across international startup tech companies, Emma Harris brings natural leadership skills and a dedication to the wellness industry to her role as Chief of Staff at GuavaPass. GuavaPass is a leading wellness brand, offering a curated selection of unlimited fitness classes to members across Asia and the Middle East. The team are constantly vetting new studios, ensuring a fresh and exciting schedule of high quality classes, lifestyle perks, and community engagement for their members.

Ramya Ragupathi
Founder of Oh My Goodness!
Ramya started baking at 16. Turning 30 sparked off a personal journey towards health and wellness in a bid to eliminate her chronic health issues once and for all. Fast forward a few years and Oh My Goodness! was born. specialising in making glutenfree, dairy-free and refined sugar-free food more accessible and affordable in Asia Pacific. A 2017 recipient of the VentureforGood grant, Oh My Goodness! is a social enterprise and member of raiSE. Its operations team is staffed exclusively by ex-offenders and persons with intellectual disabilities (PWIDs).

Sarah Benjamin
Founder of Kitchen Hoarder
Sarah Benjamin is a cook, food writer and TV host from Singapore with a multicultural background. With professional experience in marketing and public relations, Sarah produces written and video content, working with brands who are as passionate about food, and everything that comes with it. Her content agency Kitchen Hoarder which encompasses a website as well as social media, video content production and brand content strategy in the areas of food and lifestyle. Sarah also runs a heritage research consultancy, directs documentaries and is involved in cultural tourism.

Ling Lim
Co-Founder of The Mindful Company

Ling is a Co-Founder of The Mindful Company. Formerly a business incentives tax advisor, it was her passion to encourage others that led her to start The Mindful Company with her good friend, Ciara. She hopes that the products and content they create helps to cultivate conversations around mental wellbeing and what it means to be kind in today's society.


Stephanie Dickson
Founder of Green Is The New Black
Stephanie is a marketer, event organiser and avid connector of conscious individuals and brands. She loves bringing people together to connect, find inspiration, gain knowledge and be able to take action to create a better life. Green is the new black is on a mission to make conscious living the new norm and to become the number one place for sustainable brands in Asia. It’s all about connecting with ourselves, others and mother nature. Stephanie designs events to wake people up, but in a fun, empowering way so that all of us can live more consciously so that we can be happier, healthier and lessen the burden on the planet.
