Ramya started baking at 16. Turning 30 sparked off a personal journey towards health and wellness in a bid to eliminate her chronic health issues once and for all. Fast forward a few years and Oh My Goodness! was born. specialising in making glutenfree, dairy-free and refined sugar-free food more accessible and affordable in Asia Pacific. A 2017 recipient of the VentureforGood grant, Oh My Goodness! is a social enterprise and member of raiSE. Its operations team is staffed exclusively by ex-offenders and persons with intellectual disabilities (PWIDs).

Sarah Benjamin is a cook, food writer and TV host from Singapore with a multicultural background. With professional experience in marketing and public relations, Sarah produces written and video content, working with brands who are as passionate about food, and everything that comes with it. Her content agency Kitchen Hoarder which encompasses a website as well as social media, video content production and brand content strategy in the areas of food and lifestyle. Sarah also runs a heritage research consultancy, directs documentaries and is involved in cultural tourism.

Ling is a Co-Founder of The Mindful Company. Formerly a business incentives tax advisor, it was her passion to encourage others that led her to start The Mindful Company with her good friend, Ciara. She hopes that the products and content they create helps to cultivate conversations around mental wellbeing and what it means to be kind in today's society.
